POOR TECH SUPPORT I PAID FOR THE LIFETIME BACKUPS AND WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR THE YEAR AND AM BEING CHARGED MONTHLY I HAVE E MAILED THE COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSE. Every time I try to use the app it tells me my subscription has expired!!!! "Bad things happen" no response has been received at this time I Just want a refund and I will find another contact duplicate remover app.
