I used to have a positive attitude towards this app due to its usefulness, however lately you get inundated with ads and force-fed redirects to Facebook and annoying video ads whose sole purpose are to line the pockets of this unscrupulous developer. This is annoying, new customers beware!

I wanted this app to make my phone book clean and organized, but instead some of my important contacts were deleted!! Im definitely not going to buy a subscription. Im disappointed.

I have never seen so many ads constantly popping up every 5 seconds so you cant even learn how to operate the app. I hope you enjoy looking at ads cause its going to force you.

Does not do what it says it will do. Every time you use it, you get those stupid pop-up "ads" for some idiotic game that you cant get out of for 5 or 6 seconds. I will never ever respond to that kind of ad. They are terrible and are dumbing down the populace.

Further to review below...the duplicate contacts are only appearing in a contacts app I added to my iPhone, that app is not working so well because Im using google synch etc and its pulling contacts from various sources I use.... THIS app cleaned my duplicates on my iphone very well, plus tech support got back to me within 24 hours. Good app Id recommend and sorry for complaining before I checked!

When I auto dust, I lose contacts. When I try to restore, not all of them come back. What can I say more? Id like to see an option to just merge duplicates from contacts and exchange. Then maybe I would trust this again.

I needed this APP to delete Groups - It worked great. It also will cleanup duplicates - or merge them

It works and it is definitely worth the money you spend on it

I have rebooted to see if that was the issue and tried it multiple times now. It keeps either crashing at around 80% or freezing there. I had such high hopes because a friend told me about and really liked it. Before I write off the $2.99 I just spent I would like to know how to actually get this working because I have 3800 duplicates to dust.

Very excited about this app, so I bought it for my iPad today. Cant for the life of me figure out how it works- the Contacts field is blank ... in kther words my contacts did not sync automatically. There are no instructions on how to get your contact list on to the app ... in order to manipulate/delete them (which is why I wanted the app in the first place). What gives!?!

since this version the app just opens and closes and does not run please fix

This program does nothing Outlook cant do except try to sell you space in the Cloud every time you use it.

This app does not work. I tried to merge one contact and it ended up deleting all (multiple) entries.

Nonsense application. Not intuitive, you need to pay to use as well as agree on monthly automatic restore. Anyway, it doesnt work as expected.

Poor app, meant to get you to buy the cloud back up. Most of the functionality can be done inherently by your Apple iCloud account.

POOR TECH SUPPORT I PAID FOR THE LIFETIME BACKUPS AND WAS ALSO CHARGED FOR THE YEAR AND AM BEING CHARGED MONTHLY I HAVE E MAILED THE COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSE. Every time I try to use the app it tells me my subscription has expired!!!! "Bad things happen" no response has been received at this time I Just want a refund and I will find another contact duplicate remover app.

This app seemed like a good idea. Used the free version and worked great minus syncing with iCloud. Purchased the Pro version and now Im forced to update Facebook every time/watch a video... Paid versions DO NOT typically force you to watch adds. Requesting a refund and uninstalling.
